Zee5 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the zee5 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the zee5 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately when you click the "Register" button or use the platform for the first time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the zee5 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.

The zee5 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are valid Malaysian residents or citizens. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the zee5 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of the remaining credit balance.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and date of birth. zee5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported a compromise to our support team. zee5 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the zee5 platform agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of zee5's systems.
  • Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it.
  • Using false information or another person's identity during registration.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest play.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or payouts through unauthorised means.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of credit balances, and legal action as appropriate depending on the severity of the breach.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the zee5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (online banking), Boost eWallet, TNG eWallet, and other local payment options listed on the platform at the relevant time.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to zee5's current policies, which may change from time to time. Users agree that all deposits made are final and non-reversible once processed by the system, except in specific circumstances recognised by us.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification and fulfilment of wagering requirements for any applicable bonus credits. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method.

Zee5 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the platform's terms of use.

5. Liability Limitations & Account Closure Policy

Zee5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or equipment damage.

The zee5 platform may experience technical issues or scheduled maintenance that could cause temporary disruptions. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted platform availability at all times, and we are not liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.

Zee5 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any term in this document.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or attempts at manipulation.
  • Self-exclusion request submitted by the user.
  • Account inactivity exceeding the stipulated period.
  • Violation of applicable Malaysian laws.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited subject to a case-by-case review by the zee5 team.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, software, and platform elements on zee5 are the exclusive property of zee5 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from zee5.

The zee5 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. zee5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.

Zee5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
